First time using Certified Vacuum. When our central vac unit died suddenly this weekend, we contacted Jay who is a wealth of knowledge about the industry. Jay came out to service our 20 year old central vacuum system. He found some leaky seals and checked the whole system from top to bottom. Very professional and friendly They were the only central vac company to say they would even come to my house to fix what I thought was a clog. The whole experience working with Jay and his wife Donna, who took the reservation, was amazing!

Great prices for vacuum cleaner parts. Wonderful location for vacuum cleaner service (quick/cheap/done right). Wonder family business; a pleasure to work with. Certified Vacuum has been keeping my 25+ year old Electrolux Epic 6000 running for when no one else could. Today they repaired the Power Wand attachment. Don’t go anywhere else for vacuum cleaner service.

If customer service is a lost art, it is NOT lost here. Jay and his team were respectful, helpful and extremely knowledgeable about the problem I was having with my vacuum. Jay patiently explained and showed me the options I had…and never did I feel like was wasting their time or made to feel like I was asking a silly question.
